Privacy

ActBlue provides robust privacy protections for its users. While users can remove their contact information from their account profile, ActBlue retains certain contact information in its database for legal and security reasons.

Removing Contact Information

To remove contact information from your ActBlue account profile:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on "My Profile."
  • Scroll down to the "Contact Information" section.
  • Click on "Edit."
  • Remove the contact information you no longer wish to share.
  • Click "Save Changes."

Roles and Permissions

ActBlue user roles and permissions determine the level of access and functionality available to each user on the platform. If you are missing certain tools or features, you should consult with your organization's administrator.

User Roles

Common user roles on ActBlue include:

  • Administrator: Has full access to the account, including the ability to manage users, create fundraising campaigns, and view financial reports.
  • Fundraising Manager: Can create and manage fundraising campaigns, as well as view campaign performance data.
  • Volunteer: Can assist with fundraising campaigns, such as sending emails or making phone calls.
