The highly-rated teenager is currently plying his trade with River Plate in his native Argentina, having signed for United from Atletico Madrid in 2020.
The Red Devils have high hopes for the 18-year-old, who has represented Argentina at youth level.
However, Garnacho's long-term future at Old Trafford is in doubt, with a number of clubs interested in signing him.
